Senad Kulenović
Managing Partner
Senad spent most of his career in the telecommunications industry. He started in Iskon as a Key Account Manager and after 3 years was promoted to the position of Director of Sales. After 4 years, Iskon's revenue grew from 21 M HRK to 96 M HRK. In 2007 he joined Bnet where he managed the growth of the company from 70 M HRK to 300 M HRK, as the Member of the Board for marketing and sales. In 2011 he joined Croatian Telecom as the Director for -Business, responsible for all digital platforms of the comapny. Together with Irena and Branko, he owns and manages Digital IQ, a company focused on helping companies with strategies for Digital Transformation, user experience and improving digital processes.
Irena Domjanović
Managing Partner
Irena has spent most of her career working as a marketing professional in the telecommunications industry. Her career started in Iskon Internet where she was Web Solutions Sales Head, Head of Residential Sales and finally Director of Sales and Marketing. From Iskon she moved to Croatian Telecom where she was Director for E-sales. After Croatian Telecom she joined Optima Telecom as the Management Board Memeber for marketing, sales and customer support.
During her career, Irena has focused on improving marketing operations and she is one of few marketing and sales professionals in Croatia who has experience with managing multichannel sales organizaitons. Irena got her MBA from IEDC - Bled School of Management. Since 2020 she is a senior consultant and managing partner in Digital IQ.
Branko Banjeglav
Managing Partner
Branko is a seasoned sales professional with over 15 years of experience managing B2B sales organizations. During his career he worked as a key account manager, regional sales manager and finally sales director for large sales organizations of Croatia's top telecoms.
He has always been focused on understanding and managing client's needs as well as improving B2B sales practices through smart management of sales channels. Other than sales, Branko's professional focus is also change management. He has successfully led his teams through several company transformations and M&As. He got his MBA in 2019 from Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb.
Since 2020 he is a senior consultant and partner in Digital IQ.
